2008 Unsigned Artist Competition
Voting is underway.
The response was incredible for the first round of UAC 2008. We had well over a hundred entries and the range of genres was very diverse.
Choosing the 25 bands to be part of the second stage was tough but now it is your turn to determine who goes on to play the Antone's Showcase
on June 18th.
Check out the 25 bands and vote for your favorite.

with their roots rocker sound. Band members are Adoniram Lipton - vocals, piano, guitar; Brett
Staggs - drums, vocals; Matt Roth - bass; and Andy Keating - guitar.

Rukus. With his gritty voice, smooth flow and witty lyrics, Rukus re-emerged in the summer of 2004 as a major player on the hip-hop scene. Rukus breaks the mold of Southern rappers and shows what happens when the strengths of underground and mainstream hip-hop unite under the command of one MC.
Joseph Radtke and Knights
Joseph Radtke, a TRCoA graduate, is in the studio working with
Knights.
Knights are an American rock band formed in Austin, Texas. The band consists of Nick Longoria (guitar, piano and vocals) , Cody Pierce (bass, backing vocals)
and Matt Herzig (drums). Knights blend progressive rock, alternative, classical, electronic and pop elements.
Influenced by Muse, Radiohead, The Mars Volta and Phillip Glass, Knights are known for their epic, grandiose music and their energetic live performances.
Tanner Soetaert with SWINE HORDE
Tanner Soetaert, an Advanced Music Production student, has been in the studio working with
SWINE HORDE.
The sounds of notes tearing apart the sonic fabric, destroying the aural sensibility of your environment is weaved by SWINE HORDE.
Band members Nick, CJ, Tanner and Erik hold nothing back, running at 220 until the sonic fumes crash down.
